Consignment Guidelines

Ready to consign with us? Please review our guidelines before submitting an appointment request. This helps us keep the process smooth, organized, and as painless as possible.

Appointment Request

Whether you are a new or existing consignor, please fill out our appointment request form before bringing items in. Our appointment hours are Wednesday through Friday from 10:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

Once we review your form, we will be in touch about appointment availability. Due to our current inventory needs and selectivity, not all submissions will be approved for an appointment.

What We Accept

  • Brand name items
  • Women’s clothing, shoes, jewelry, handbags, and accessories
  • Items purchased within the last few years
  • Clean and gently worn pieces
  • Items free of stains, holes, odors, and pet hair
  • Items originally priced around $30 or more retail

How It Works

  • Bring your items during your scheduled appointment.
  • We will review your items and choose what works best for our shop.
  • Items we do not accept can be returned to you or donated.
  • Accepted items are priced and displayed in-store for up to 105 days.

Appointment Info

  • Appointments are required.
  • Appointments are available Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
  • Appointment times are between 10:30 AM and 4:00 PM.
  • No Saturday appointments.
  • New clients may bring up to 30 items.

Drop-Off Prep

  • Items must be folded in a tote or laundry hamper.
  • No cardboard boxes.
  • No trash bags.
  • No hangers, please.
  • Your container will be returned at the end of your appointment.

Unsold Items

Due to limited space and inventory flow, we are unable to hold or return items that do not sell during the consignment rotation period. Unsold items are donated at the end of their 105-day cycle, except for select higher-end items.

Payouts & Store Credit

Payouts

Payouts are processed every Wednesday through Cash App, Venmo, or check pickup at the store.

Requesting a Payout

To request a payout, please call us, text us, message us on Facebook, or stop by in person.

Store Credit

Store credit may be used in-store at any time.

Weeks 1–6 Full Price
Weeks 7–9 20% Off
Weeks 10–12 50% Off
Weeks 13–15 75% Off

After the rotation ends, unsold items are donated to local churches or charities.

We are committed to offering stylish, quality pieces for our shoppers. Because of that, we are selective with what we accept and focus on quality over quantity.

Brands We Typically Do Not Accept

We typically do not accept items from Shein, Target, Walmart, Old Navy, Maurices, Gap, J.Jill, Loft, Banana Republic, Express, Amazon brands, outlet-style labels, or similar/equivalent stores.
