Shipping + Returns

Please review our shipping, pickup, and final sale policy before placing your order.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of consignment, all items are final sale. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been completed.

Shipping + Pickup

Orders are processed during our normal business hours. If shipping is selected at checkout, tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped.

If local pickup is selected, please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before coming in.

One-of-One Inventory

Most of our items are one-of-one and also available in-store. In rare cases, an item may sell in-store before the website updates.

If this happens, we will notify you and refund the unavailable item.

Pre-Owned Items

We do our best to inspect each item and note any visible flaws before listing. Since items are consigned and may be pre-owned, minor signs of wear may be present.

Please review all photos, descriptions, sizes, and details carefully before purchasing.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, The Consignment Bar is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages.

Please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.
